Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon SBS 2022
“This is sauvignon blanc (60%) and semillon (40%) with some older French oak barrels used for maturation. Lovely textural experience here, all glossy, with just a nibble of cooling, limey acidity and a touch of saline minerality underlaid. The flavour profiles lean into light tropical fruits, green herbs and green almond, while the bouquet is more ebullient with its tropical spectrum and follows on with white pepper and a touch of cut grass. It's darn lovely stuff, flows beautifully and is very complete and balanced.”
