Similar flavours are oriented around the savoury elements of barrel fermentation, with more spice, some oatmeal savouriness and almond nuttiness layered liberally on lime juice and puckering, talc-like mineral elements. A potent white wine, assertive in its style but well judged in the seasoning. A complex, layered, moreish sauvignon blanc.
