Delightful, intriguing white wine with inimitable, slippery and squeaky texture, just-ripe-pineapple characters, touches of honeycomb, some yuzu, pulpy grapefruit and ginger in the mix. Lots of floral, yuzu, gingery perfume alongside – wonderful. Exotic and so delicious overall, and the texture is superb. A fascinating wine and just so darn good to drink..:
