Pét Nat Semillon 2025

Hand pruned and picked this a cool climate Semillon made in the Pétillant Naturel method.

A sparkling style not for the faint at heart, with no added sulfur this wine has finished fermenting in bottle to create the natural sparkling style.

The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is the lee's, these are part of the experience and will blend into the glass when served.

It has both fresh tropical, lemon and lime aroma, as well as a textural savory character.
